About Me

Hi, I’m Ebony.


Yoga teacher, fitness instructor, yoga lifestyle
coach, and
the heart behind Light & Love
Yoga.


What began as a modest virtual studio
 during the
pandemic has grown into a
 deeper space for healing,
strength, and
 clarity.


Since 2008, I’ve guided women through 
movement and
mindfulness practices. My 
passion is helping you rebuild
trust in 
yourself: body, mind, and spirit.


My approach is intuitive, compassionate, 
and rooted in
personal experience. I’ve
 been there too. I get it.

Introducing

More than a fitness program, A return to your power.

Core Confidence was born from brokenness, burnout, breakthroughs,
and the deep knowing that true strength isn’t just physical. It is
mental, emotional, spiritual, and sacred.


Core Confidence is inspired by my own journey of releasing over 50
pounds and learning how to love myself and trust others again after a
season of profound loss and grief. This 30-day experience weaves
fitness, mindset coaching, and mindful nourishment into one powerful
container for transformation.


Journaling and other tools for self-reflection became a lifeline for me.
Having a safe space to process emotions, shift old patterns, and
rebuild trust in myself was essential to my healing. That same
supportive space is built into this program to help gently guide you
back to your
own inner strength.


You don’t have to force yourself to perform, prove, or push. Just show
up as you are. Give yourself permission to begin, to grow, and to rise.

FAQ

A yoga mat is required. Blocks and a strap
are also very helpful for yoga. For fitness
classes: along with a yoga mat, light
weights (one set of 1-2 lbs + one set of
3-5 lbs), a foam roller, 9” ball, and
resistance bands will be needed. These
items can be acquired over time, as you
get stronger and progress.


What will I need for class?

Tues/Thurs live Zoom classes will remain
contribution based for now. These classes
are also included at no additional cost for
all active clients currently enrolled in a
coaching program or holding a 2, 6 or 8
session virtual private package.

How are the classes priced?

You’ll receive a return email from me

Classes are high-touch experiences. As a
new client, you will receive a personal
welcome email and packet from me within
24 hours with your next steps. Nothing
here is automated. Your journey is
supported by a real human with intention,
presence, and care. Thank you.

The Core Confidence Coach-Led program
is a structured 30-day experience with a
firm start and end date. To receive the
full benefit of this work, please make sure
you are ready and able to commit before
enrolling. Your time, energy, and
transformation matter. You can always
explore the self-led version if you need to
work at your own pace,
